Built for the demands of the backcountry, The Keyes was designed to be a dependable companion for those who spend their time outdoors. As the larger, more robust brother to the Harrigan, The Keyes brings additional capability for those who need a knife built for serious field use.

The 5.25" blade is handcrafted from tough 80CrV2 high-carbon steel, providing the durability, edge retention, and ease of sharpening needed for extended time in the woods. The .152" thick blade offers the strength and confidence needed for demanding tasks while maintaining the control required for detailed bushcraft work.

Featuring a 90-degree spine for fire-starting and a tough, versatile blade design, The Keyes is purpose-built for outdoor use. From carving and preparing camp materials to building fires and handling everyday bushcraft tasks, this knife is designed to perform when you're away from the comforts of home.

The ergonomic handle provides a secure and comfortable grip, allowing for extended use without unnecessary hand fatigue. Every detail of The Keyes was designed with function in mind—because a good bushcraft knife should feel like an extension of your hand.

Each Keyes comes with a custom-fit Kydex sheath with a belt clip, handmade in my shop for secure retention and reliable carry. Ready for the trail, the campsite, or wherever the next adventure leads.

Every Buttonhook Forge knife is handcrafted one at a time in my Illinois shop, built with purpose and finished by hand.
