Designed for the outdoors, The Harrigan is a versatile camp knife built to handle the tasks that come with life around the fire, on the trail, and in the backcountry.
With a 3.5" blade crafted from tough 80CrV2 high-carbon steel, The Harrigan delivers the durability, edge retention, and reliability expected from a hard-working outdoor tool. The .152" thick blade provides a strong, confident feel while maintaining the compact size that makes this knife easy to carry and comfortable to use.
Featuring a 90-degree spine for fire-starting and practical camp utility, The Harrigan is ready for the everyday tasks that matter outdoors—from preparing kindling and carving materials to general camp chores and field use.
The ergonomic handle provides a secure grip and excellent control, allowing the knife to perform comfortably through extended use. Its balanced design makes it the perfect middle ground between a small utility knife and a larger bushcraft blade.
Each Harrigan comes with a custom-fit Kydex sheath with a belt clip, handmade in my shop for secure retention and reliable carry. Compact enough to travel anywhere, yet capable enough to handle the work when you arrive.
Every Buttonhook Forge knife is handcrafted one at a time in my Illinois shop, built with purpose and finished by hand.

Care
80CrV2 is a high-carbon steel and is not stainless. To keep your Harrigan performing at its best, hand wash only, dry thoroughly after use, and apply a light coat of oil before storage.
With proper care, the blade will develop a natural patina that reflects the adventures and work it has seen.
