Inspired by the classic karambit style, The Dutch is Buttonhook Forge’s take on a unique blade design that combines control, versatility, and unmistakable character.

Crafted from tough 80CrV2 high-carbon steel, The Dutch features a 3.25" forward-curving blade designed for precision cutting and everyday utility tasks. The .155" thick blade provides a confident feel in hand while maintaining the control and maneuverability that make this style of knife so distinctive.

The integrated finger loop provides a secure grip and added control, allowing the knife to feel natural and comfortable during use. Every detail of The Dutch was designed with purpose, creating a compact fixed blade that stands apart from traditional knife designs.

Whether carried as a unique everyday tool, added to a collection, or used for practical cutting tasks, The Dutch represents the craftsmanship and attention to detail found in every Buttonhook Forge knife.

Each Dutch comes with a custom-fit Kydex sheath with a belt clip, handmade in my shop for secure retention and reliable carry.

Care

80CrV2 is a high-carbon steel and is not stainless. To keep your Dutch performing at its best, hand wash only, dry thoroughly after use, and apply a light coat of oil before storage.

With proper care, the blade will develop a natural patina that reflects the life and use of the tool.
