The Bakersfield was built for one purpose: work.

From processing wild game to breaking down large cuts of meat, this is a knife designed to perform when the job gets messy. The 5.5" blade is crafted from .125" thick 80CrV2 high-carbon steel, delivering the toughness, edge retention, and easy maintenance that make it a trusted steel for hardworking knives.

A rugged stonewashed finish helps disguise the wear that comes from real use, while the stippled flats add texture and character, making each Bakersfield uniquely its own.

At 10.5" overall, the Bakersfield offers excellent control without sacrificing cutting power. Whether it's hanging in the shop, riding to deer camp, or working on the butcher block, it's built to be used—not admired from a shelf.

Every Bakersfield includes a custom-fit Kydex sheath, handmade in my Illinois shop for secure retention and dependable carry. Like the knife itself, the sheath is built to withstand years of hard use.

Each knife is handcrafted one at a time, with attention paid to every detail from grinding and heat treat to final assembly and sharpening. No shortcuts. No mass production. Just an honest tool built to earn its keep.
